“If you wish to stay here please understand our experience before booking. When we pulled on the parking lot it was almost void of cars, usually a bad sign. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful but the AC was struggling to keep it cool (understandable since it was close to 100 degrees outside and this place has many windows. It was rundown BUT you could tell they were trying to bring it back to life. The pool was down for renovation and there was no breakfast. The room...

“The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Someone had spilled a bag of pretzels right outside the entry door. They were there when when we arrived and when we were leaving they were still there and we had to step around them to load our car, anyone working there could see this and no one cleaned it up.”

“Charged me for smoking and never smoked in the room. My friend smoked outside and instead throwing butts on ground he threw them in trash in room. Lesson learned that place will do anything to charge you another fee.”

“We had a fabulous stay at The Hyatt. We enjoyed our room it was clean no bad smells in the hotel room or hallways. This staff was very friendly and we weren't ready to leave we wanted to stay longer it is an excellent hotel to stay at. We plan to go and stay again in about 7 months and I plan to stay with them again and hopefully the same room. Rav was very friendly and helpful and got us checked in and always so friendly to us going and coming and Mariah was extremely excellent in our checkout...
